Helen joined the practice in 1998 as a Dental Nurse.
Since giving up road running, Helen now is a keen member of the gym with her daughter.
Whilst juggling her busy family life bringing up three children, she enjoys nothing better than a competitive game of scrabble and a glass of wine.
